Projects typically range from 3-12 months, depending on scope and complexity. At the outset, we'll create a timeline that aligns with your goals and resources. I offer flexible engagement options, from focused short-term projects to ongoing partnerships through my retainer package.

The process begins with a complimentary 30-minute consultation to discuss your needs and explore potential solutions. If we decide to move forward, I'll provide a detailed proposal outlining recommended services, deliverables, timeline, and investment. I offer three service tiers to accommodate different needs and budgets:

• Standard Package: $5,000-$10,000
• Premium Package: $10,000-$20,000
• Retainer Package: $2,500-$5,000/month

While based in Long Beach, I serve organizations throughout California. Most services can be delivered through a combination of virtual and in-person engagement to maximize efficiency and accessibility.

My work focuses on six key public health areas: Latino & LGBTQ+ Health Disparities, Housing & Homelessness, Chronic Disease Prevention, Sexual Health Education, Substance Use Prevention, and Adolescent Health & Wellbeing. I bring both academic expertise and hands-on experience in each of these areas, supported by active research and program implementation.

Yes, staff training is a core component of my capacity building services. I offer workshops in cultural humility, leadership development, and program-specific skills. All training is customized to your organization's needs and can be delivered in-person or virtually.

Yes, I provide grant writing support and have experience managing multi-million dollar grants. I can assist with proposal development, budget creation, and reporting requirements. This service is included in the Premium and Retainer packages.
